Contracts, Non-Compete Clauses and Return of Service Agreements

Some programs in the VIRMP may require a contract, non-compete agreement or a return of service agreement. The VIRMP requires disclosure in the program description. We recommend that you contact the program prior to applying to obtain a copy of the contract or agreement for review. You should discuss any concerns with the program prior to submitting your application.
